I love to laugh. I am partial to clear, simple ideas that tell a good story. Here are some of the artists I am inspired by: Frank Thomas, Milt Kahl, Chuck Jones, Tex Avery, Hayao Myazaki, Angus Maclane, Scott Clark, Adam Burke, Mike Wu, Jim Henson, Norman Rockwell, Al Hirschfeld, Iain McCaig, Peter De Seve, the Coen brothers, Alex Alvarez, Christopher Walken, Jim Carrey, Jack Black and Charlie Chaplain to name a few.

When not working on the computer, which is pretty much every second of the day, I enjoy being active and outdoors. I find myself extremely inspired by our humanity, the way we interact with each other and the nature that surrounds this interaction. I am interested in the story of people. This appreciation lends itself to a mantra in life I try to live by. It is a quote from the contemporary philosopher Joseph Campbell, "Follow your bliss." This is why I do 3D animation. It encompasses the bliss I find in life: acting, computers, and art.
